Covenant was founded in 1995 by Bruce Hanley as a full service investigation
firm catering to the liability and workers' compensation carrier and adjuster
market.  Mr. Hanley developed Covenant into a leading investigative firm from
his headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  

In 1997, Mr. Hanley saw a need for applying the same medical bill review
process found in workers' compensation to the liability file as a method to
reduce the medical cost of the claim as well as the overall outcome of the claim file.  

Since then Covenant has saved their clients over $50 million dollars in liability costs.
